DO NOT MEASURE YOURSELF! How to measure instructions are for anyone qualified to do this for you.

Height*

Bust*

Measure around the widest part of the back, straight across the top of the bust. (not under the bust line...this is your bra size. Be aware that wearing no bra versus a strapless or regular bra can make a deference in measurement.

Waist*

Measure around the natural waist. Make sure you are not "holding it in". Leave one finger under the tape so that the tape can be moved, not skin tight. Do not take jean waist measurement!

Hip*

Measure around the largest part of the hip (appox. 7" below the natural waistline).
